PROCESSING TIME

Processing time for braided wigs is 1-2 weeks for closure and frontal wigs and 2-3weeks  for full lace wigs due to lace types and styles. Our wigs are handmade and we take our time to ensure you get a neatly made braided wigs and human hair wigs

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

We ship Via DHL EXPRESS, after processing your order in our factory,and your order has been dispatched tracking number will be sent via text message and email

DELIVERY TIME FRAME/SIGNATURE
Delivery time frame is within 3-5working days after tracking number has been sent and it’s compulsory for customer to sign for the package because we don’t accept drop at the door step to avoid package loss, except the customer whose number is on the waybill state otherwise.
