WRONG ORDER
Exchange and Return of wrong product sent to you is covered by us,for example if you order for a knotless wig or curry human hair wig and we sent a cornrow wig to you or wavy wig. We will inspect the product sent back to us and make an exchange with the right products.
CHANGE OF STYLE
If you wish to exchange a style which is the same as the one you requested for(if you request for a knotless frontal wig and we ship the right wig but you decided to get a full lace wig)
kindly note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to our factory in Nigeria and cost of shipping the new style to you.
REFUND
We do not accept refund,but exchange if need be from us cancellation of Order,
Is only done when production has not started on your order.all sales are final we only accept exchange. Be rest assured the wigs that are going to be ship to you are exactly as seen on the website,we do take our time to handpicked our customers orders.
